Talk Peace seeks to bring reconciliation between God, individuals, families and people groups so that they may live in peace with one another.

A Prayer Based on Proverbs 7:1-27

Heavenly Father, let your words rest upon my heart, and may it be precious in my sight. 
My desire is to obey your principles and truths.

May your word be like a string wrapped around my index finger. 
Let it be written upon my heart like words carved in a stone.

Let me be a member of the wisdom family with understanding as my forte and understanding as my friend. May your awesome word be stronger in my ear than the flattering words of a strange women.

Let your words be a paradigm through which I see the world. 
Let it be simple truth to me. 
Do not let me be a simpleton.

Do not allow me to be tempted by women who go from party to party looking for a good looking man to trap in their web.  Groupies that never sleep.  They are always dressed to the hilt, and looking for their man.

Her voice is loud and consistent. 
She has no peace in her life. 
She owns nothing, not even a place to live that belongs to her. 
Make me fully conscious of how  brazen and bold these women are. 
Her offer look like a feast for no charge.

Make me aware of her lack of commitment to anyone or anything. 
Her only desire is to deceive me. 
She makes her bed in colorful bedding and aromatic spices and exotic fragrances.

Help me to remember that even if I make love with her all night in ecstatic lovemaking, I am betraying her husband who is away on business.  If she is unfaithful with her husband, she will most definitely be unfaithful with me.

Lord, when I am eating out of her hand, and bewitched by her sweet talking lips, Help me see that I look like a puppy trotting along behind her, like a young steer being led to the butcher shop. 

Warn me of the ambush that is waiting for me. 
Shield my heart. 
Help me know that I am like a bird trapped by a net. 
If I continue, my life is over.

Help me be your friend, Lord.  Let me treasure your words of warning.

Keep me far away from frivolous women.  Stop me from ever going near her table. 
Show me her victims. 
Let me see those who lost everything by believing her lies. 
Her rented room is a portal to hell already draped with a shroud and closed like a coffin.
